• Files created in ESRI ArcGIS 10 by our in-house mapping experts offer the field landmen the ability to enter and edit information via the Internet with results being synchronized and, therefore immediately viewable by the client.
• Data security is unique and specialized for each client, and the link and password access is only given to individuals the client has approved.
• Maps can be loaded and updated to a secure FTP site or a custom upload web site for immediate viewing. This also solves the problems of large files not being able to be emailed or having to wait for overnight delivery.
• The system provides a color-coordinated map with lease information, leasehold coverage information, and other customized information the client might request such as well data, unit information, acreage calculations, etc.
• Multiple landmen can input information simultaneously without editing each other's work, and their input activity can be tracked in the database program.
• The maps created from the ESRI ArcGIS 10 database can be used by the client's in-house land department.
• Input of lease information in our system increases the accuracy of the map by easily pinpointing input inaccuracies.
• The "clip and ship" feature has the ability to select a small section of the map and "zip it" for ease of delivery.
