Mr. Portman has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and a long-time member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). PFM has provided services to many large, independent and Fortune 500 Oil & Gas companies, both in-house and in the field.
